8月21日,合纵文化邀请到资深媒体人马老师,为集团各中心、部门、一线门店负责人开展“第二期品牌赋能课”,现场围绕“餐饮行业舆情分析及应对策略”进行主题分享。

On August 21, Mr. Ma, a senior media personality, was invited by Hezong Culture to conduct the "Second Class of Brand Empowerment" for the leaders of the Group's centers, departments and front-line stores, and shared the theme of "Analysis of Public Opinion in Food and Beverage Industry and Response Strategies" on the spot.

课程一开始,马老师首先向大家讲解了何为“舆情”。很多人往往谈“舆情”色变,片面的认为是企业出现负面事件才称之为“舆情”,其实不然。

At the beginning of the course, Mr. Ma first explained what "public opinion" is. Many people tend to talk about "public opinion" in a perverse way, thinking that it is only called "public opinion" when there are negative events in an enterprise, which is not the case.

 舆情的构成是有六大要素存在,分别是:网络、事件、网民、情感、传播互动、影响力。是以网络为载体,以事件为核心,是广大网民情感、态度、意见、观点的表达,传播与互动,以及后续影响力的集合。

 There are six major elements in the composition of public opinion, namely: network, event, netizens, emotion, communication and interaction, and influence. It is a collection of the emotions, attitudes, opinions and views expressed by the vast number of netizens, dissemination and interaction, and subsequent influence, with the network as the carrier and the event as the core.

随后,马老师还在课上围绕“互联网现状和舆论生态”、“经典案例分析”、“品牌传播”等方面进行分享。同时,强调当舆情发生时,企业应拿出“实事求是”的负责态度,将事实第一时间呈现给大众。

Afterwards, Mr. Ma shared his views on "Current Internet Situation and Public Opinion Ecology", "Classical Case Analysis" and "Brand Communication" in the class. At the same time, he emphasized that when public opinion occurs, enterprises should take a responsible attitude of "seeking truth from facts" and present the facts to the public at the first time.
