昨天,合纵文化“空间概念创意PK赛”正式揭开序幕。由合纵文化工程设计中心副总经理 姚学清、设计副总监 张文渊进行分组PK,一场没有硝烟的竞技,已然开启。为了让大家更加深入了解这次赛事,小编专访了两位组长,对于这次battle进行话题交流,一起往下看!
Yesterday, the "PK Competition of Space Concept Creativity" of Hezong Culture was officially opened. Deputy General Manager Yao Xueqing and Deputy Design Director Zhang Wenyuan of Hezong Culture Engineering Design Center grouped into PKs, and a competition without smoke was started. 姚总和我们表示,工程设计中心曾经的工作模式相对固化,只有单一输出通道,所有项目都由一个负责人牵头,这种工作模式久之并不可取。一个人的想象力是有限的,可团队多人的创意可以是无限的,现在的PK模式,让团队每位伙伴都能参与其中,打破单向思维,激发团队创意的同时,也能让有实力的伙伴有展示的机会。

据了解,这次将会围绕“胡桃里”的空间形象设计展开比拼,胡桃里音乐酒馆诞生至今,其具有文艺调性的空间形象已经深入每位顾客心中,这一点将让设计者面临较大的挑战。
It is understood that the competition will focus on the "Hutaoli" space image design, Hutaoli Music Tavern since its birth, its artistic tone of the space image has been deeply rooted in the hearts of each customer, which will make the designers face a greater challenge.
姚总笑着承认了这一点,同时他也表示,虽然PK是昨天才启动,但在他的脑海中已经有了明确的设计方向。他非常清晰这次的创作思路,那就是为胡桃里的空间设计做减法,再提升,让品牌呈现更纯粹,同时透露着明确直观的品牌气质。
While acknowledging this with a smile, Yao also said that although PK was only launched yesterday, he already had a clear design direction in his mind. He is very clear about the creative idea this time, which is to subtract and enhance the space design for Hutaoli, to make the brand presentation more pure, while revealing a clear and intuitive brand temperament.
跨界共创,表达即设计
Cross-border co-creation, expression as design
在采访中姚总还提出一个创新想法,那就是“跨界共创”。
In the interview, Mr. Yao also proposed an innovative idea, which is "cross border co-creation".
这里所指的“跨界”是指多部门协作,创意碰撞,灵感共创。“设计概念”对于创意的要求很高,很多空间设计师会被可实施性所局限。这时候要是能跨部门协作,比如与品牌部门碰撞概念创意,与音乐部门共探新思维,将会共创出更多可能性,达到“概念&实现”完美结合。
In this context, "cross-border" refers to multi-departmental collaboration, creative collision and co-creation. "Design concepts" require a high degree of creativity, and many space designers are limited by the feasibility of implementation. At this time, if we can work together with different departments, such as colliding with the branding department for creative concepts, or exploring new ideas with the music department, we will create more possibilities and achieve the perfect combination of "concept & realization".

张总在此次采访中,首先对集团开启全员PK模式这一行动表达了自己的看法。他表示每个人都是有潜能的,但往往被安逸和惰性所掩盖。发起竞争关系才能带来发展,因为有了对手的存在,有了不服输的决心,才会付出超100%的行动力来超越自己。所以有时候对手比朋友带来的力量更为强大。
In this interview, Mr. Zhang first expressed his opinion on the Group's action to open the full PK mode. He said that everyone has potential, but it is often covered up by comfort and inertia. Initiating a competitive relationship is what brings development, because of the presence of rivals and the determination to not give in and give super 100% action to surpass yourself. So sometimes an adversary brings more power than a friend.
学习,要有清晰的目标

合纵文化每月都发起多场培训,组织全员进行多维度学习。张总表示他在这一系列培训过程中也实现了自我提升,但很多人对学习有个误区,认为上课了就是学习了,但必须从心态就开始进行反问,自己是否有强烈的学习意愿,其次学习目的是否明确。所有的学习行为,其实都是为了帮助大家解决工作中的实际问题,只有清晰这一点才能让自己在学习中真正得到提升。

However, many people have a misunderstanding about learning, thinking that they are learning after attending the training. 对于这次的PK,张总也直言道难度不小,但是他非常喜欢这种挑战,同时也在思考怎么样才能在胡桃里原有的设计和呈现上,进行创新及提升,为胡桃里带来全新解读,让大众从直观视觉上就能感受到胡桃里的变化,但却不丢失原本的属性和特性。
For the PK, Mr. Zhang said that it was quite difficult, but he enjoyed the challenge and was thinking about how to innovate and improve on the original design and presentation of the Hutaoli li, to bring a new interpretation to the Hutaoli li, so that the public could feel the changes in the Hutaoli visually, without losing the original attributes and characteristics.
