On September 8, a music and arts festival spread throughout Shenzhen and radiated across China! A music marathon throughout Shenzhen and China is about to start!

音乐从来就是来自于民间，来自于我们身边，除了音乐节舞台，除了音乐厅，除了酒吧，也可以在街头巷尾，在街区草地，在我们的身边。
Music has always been from the folk, from all around us, not only on the festival stage, not only in music halls, not only in bars, but also on street corners, in neighbourhood lawns, all around us.

Let the music and art flow! After two editions, this year's 98 Music & Arts Festival will come to you and me, and we will have nearly 100 indoor and outdoor performance locations throughout Shenzhen, with hundreds of musicians and artists centered in the Futian District ......

在今年的98音乐艺文节期间，深圳多个园区的街头将会有数百场风格各异的音乐文艺表演，众多艺术家将会倾情表演，城市将陷入音乐的狂欢。我们更会搭设中心舞台，让更优质的表演在主舞台精彩呈现。
During this year's 98th Music and Arts Festival, there will be hundreds of music and arts performances in different styles on the streets of Shenzhen's various parks, and many artists will be performing, plunging the city into a musical carnival. We will also set up a center stage, so that better quality performances on the main stage.
为了全面行动起来，我们在此发布呼吁，诚意邀请创意园区、街区、商圈、酒吧参与进来，也欢迎各类音乐人、爱乐人、艺术爱好者参与表演。
To get the ball rolling, we are issuing a call for creative parks, neighbourhoods, shopping districts and bars to get involved, as well as for musicians, music lovers and art lovers of all kinds to perform.
