为丰富员工的业余生活，提升企业的凝聚力及团队协作力，由深圳合纵文化集团总部、深圳市华唱原创音乐基金会、合纵文化党支部联合举办的徒步活动在12月21日开展。200多名合纵文化集团员工一起相约，走出办公室，到深圳湾开展活动。合纵文化集团执行总裁覃文平、闭启泉，执行董事许晓英，深圳市华唱原创音乐基金会理事长蒋智等领导带领众人徒步走完全程，并为夺得徒步比赛前三名的团队颁奖。

当日阳光微煦，天气清爽，正是徒步的好时机。下午1点，来自合纵文化集团总部的员工早早齐聚徒步起点深圳湾公园北湾鹭港，大家全副武装，在领队的带领之下，跟随着欢快的音乐，大家即兴来了一段快闪舞蹈，为接下来的徒步比赛做足充分的热身准备。
The sunshine was warm and the weather was fresh, so it was a good time for hiking. At 1:00 p.m., the staff from the headquarters of Hezong Culture Group gathered at the starting point of the hike, Beiwanlu Port in Shenzhen Bay Park. 参与本次活动的员工分为比赛组和参与组。比赛组的选手率先出发，每位选手都不甘示弱，争先恐后往前冲，希望为自己组拔得头筹！相较于比赛组的选手，参与组的小伙伴们则轻松很多，他们一边享受徒步的乐趣，一边欣赏深圳湾滨海长廊百花盛开、波光粼粼、海鸟飞翔的沿途美景。

Compared to the contestants in the competition group, the partners in the participation group are much more relaxed, enjoying the fun of hiking while appreciating the beautiful scenery along the Shenzhen Bay Promenade with its blossoming flowers, shimmering waves and flying seabirds.

徒步活动沿途还设置了打卡服务点，到点后由行政和华唱公益的同事为参赛选手佩戴打卡手环，还为大家准备了饮用水、零食、药品等，应有尽有，让小伙伴们安心快乐往前奔！

直至下午5点，历时近4个小时的徒步活动圆满结束。响应“垃圾不落地，深圳更美丽”的号召，在整个过程中，小伙伴们将所有垃圾进行了集中回收，确保不在景区留下一点垃圾，将环保进行到底。

坚守拼搏是合纵人固有的特性！本次户外徒步活动全程约17公里，近乎一个半程马拉松的路程，最是考验人的耐心与毅力。
Hard work is an inherent characteristic of the Hezongers. This outdoor hiking activity is about 17 kilometers in total, which is almost a half marathon and tests people's patience and perseverance.
通过本次活动，体现了我们合纵人坚韧不拔、团结友爱、拼搏向上的优良品质，鼓励我们在任何时候都要坚持不懈，不轻言放弃，这也正是徒步的意义。
