激烈角逐!合纵文化餐饮服务技能PK大赛圆满落幕

7月17日,合纵餐饮服务技能PK大赛在泰炯中心城店成功举办。 来自合纵旗下胡桃里音乐酒馆(中心城店、华侨城店、海上世界店)、杂咖·杂货咖啡馆、事外英式居酒屋、泰炯音乐餐厅、首次亮相的唱三锅共七个参赛队伍参与现场比拼,纷纷使出看家本领,为大家呈现了一场高质量的餐饮服务技能赛事!

On July 17, the PK competition of food service skills of Hezong was successfully held in Taijung Center City Store. A total of seven participating teams from Hezong's Walnut Lane Music Tavern (Center City Store, OCT Store, and Sea World Store), Zaka-Grocery Café, Shiwai English Izakaya, Taijung Music Restaurant, and Singing Three Pots, which made its debut, participated in the on-site competition and showed their best skills, presenting a high-quality food service skills competition for everyone!

经过摆台标准、服务标准、突发事件三轮激烈竞逐,胡桃里音乐酒馆中心城店以出色的现场表现一举夺冠!在个人奖项中,胡桃里音乐酒馆中心城店还获得“最佳摆台”、“最佳店长”的荣誉。

After three fierce rounds of table setting standards, service standards, and contingencies, the Center City location of Walnut Lane Music Tavern came out on top with an outstanding live performance! In the individual awards, Walnut Lane Music Tavern Center City Branch won the "Best Table Setting" and "Best Store Manager" awards.

事外英式居酒屋则以微弱差距夺得团队二等奖,同时,个人奖项中的“最佳服务话术”、“最佳侍酒”也被事外英式居酒屋收入囊中。

In the individual awards, the restaurant also won the "Best Service" and "Best Sake Service" awards.

杂咖·杂货咖啡馆也以优秀的表现,在比赛中获得团队三等奖。

The café also won the third team prize with its excellent performance.
