上周，由合纵文化集团主办，人头马集团协办的“2018首届合纵鸡尾酒大赛”决赛在深圳事外英式居酒屋圆满收官，本届大赛以“提升经典、创新价值”为宗旨，吸引了合纵集团旗下全国门店的调酒师们纷纷报名参加。

Last week, the final of the "2018 First Hezong Cocktail Competition" hosted by the Hezong Culture Group and co-organized by the Remy Martin Group was successfully concluded at the Shenzhen Shi Wai Izakaya. Bartenders from stores across the country have signed up to participate.

经过层层的筛选，21名调酒师从全国的参赛选手中脱颖而出，用各自原创鸡尾酒上演了一场来自美酒的浪漫告白~

After a screening process, 21 bartenders were selected from among the national contestants and staged a romantic confession with their own original cocktails.

“爱调酒，不将就”

 LOVE BARTENDING  NO GRUDGING

本届大赛以米生喜和ZACAPA作为参赛作品基酒，选手们择一进行创作，让选手们拥有了更大的创作空间。

This year, the contestants chose to create one of the two wines as the base wine for their entries, giving them more room for creativity.

21位参赛选手秉承本届大赛“爱调酒，不将就”的精神，或依据鸡尾酒历史由来，或融入自己调酒生涯深刻的故事，创造各具特色的鸡尾酒佳作。

In the spirit of the competition, the 21 contestants created their own cocktails based on the history of the cocktail, or their own stories of bartending.

最终来自苏荷酒吧的周玉婷带来的作品 —“远心”获得评委们的一致好评，荣获本届大赛的冠军。来自事外英式居酒屋的陈京川和胡桃里音乐酒馆的王显飞也分别揽获本届大赛的亚军和季军。

Zhou Yuting from Soho Bar brought in her piece "Heart of Gold", which was unanimously praised by the judges and won the championship. Chen Jingchuan from Izakaya and Wang Xianfei from Hutaoli Music Tavern also won the first and second runner-up prizes respectively.

大赛还特邀专业资深调酒师Terry Huang、资深媒体人，国际品牌顾问 羊男、胡桃里品牌及城外驿品牌总经理詹宗德以及苏荷品牌总经理蒋剑叶，现场对每一选手进行了专业的点评，让大家对于鸡尾酒有了更深的了解。

Professional bartender Terry Huang, international brand consultant Yang Nan, general manager of Hutaoli and Out of Town Inn Zhan Zongde and general manager of Soho Jiang Jian Ye were invited to give professional comments to each of the contestants, which gave everyone a deeper understanding of the cocktails.

在激烈的角逐下，十强选手新鲜出炉，他们分别是：周玉婷、陈京川、王显飞、陈天宇、丘艺、韦舒婷、苏世玉、陈有基、单鹏程、沈云琦。

Top 10 are Zhou Yuting, Chen Jingchuan, Wang Xianfei, Chen Tianyu, Qiu Yi, Wei Shouting, Su Shiyu, Chen Youji, Shan Pengcheng and Shen Yunqi.
