匠心+互联网思维 2018合纵文化冬季厨艺竞赛暖心上演!

为打造行业一流厨师团队、提升集团旗下品牌的餐饮出品质量,实现品牌价值的稳步提升。12月19日,“决战味蕾 温暖冬日——合纵文化2018冬季厨艺竞赛”在泰炯中心城店成功举办。

In order to build a first-class chef team, improve the catering quality of the group's brands and realize the steady improvement of brand value, "Battle for taste buds and warm winter - Hezong Culture 2018 Winter Cooking Competition" was held in Taijiong Center City on December 19.

此次参赛的队伍,他们分别是来自胡桃里(中心城店、南头店、海上世界店)、事外、泰炯、杂咖、唱三锅、深夜食堂、苏荷酒吧、本色、繁花,以及深圳地区2家加盟店胡桃里(平湖店、西丽店),总共包括合纵文化旗下9个品牌共13家门店。

The participating teams were from Hutaoli (Central City, Nantou and Sea World stores), Shi Wai, Taijiong, Zaka, Singing Three Pot, Late Night Canteen, Suho Bar, Natural Color, Prosperity, and two franchised stores in Shenzhen (Pinghu and Xili stores), including a total of 13 stores of 9 brands under the Hezong Culture.

大赛伊始,合纵文化执行总裁唐正纯分享到:“餐饮业的核心是满足人类对“吃”的原始需求,如今,互联网产品经营思维在餐饮行业的应用越来越重要,究其本质就是围绕如何打造令用户尖叫的产品而展开,回归初心,用“匠心”精神来雕琢产品,赋予产品会说话的属性,触发用户免费为品牌传播。”

At the beginning of the competition, Tang Zhengchun, CEO of Hezong Culture, shared, "The core of the food and beverage industry is to satisfy the original human demand for 'food'. The original intention, with the spirit of "craftsmanship" to sculpt the product, give the product the attributes that can speak, triggering users to spread the brand for free."

如何在竞争激烈的餐饮行业保持稳定地位,并有所提升是餐饮人面临的一大难题。此次获奖菜品也将会复制全国加盟店,并列入新品牌菜品和小吃(实现中央配送),让消费者去检验。也希望能为合纵旗下餐饮品牌,提供一个相互学习、互相分享的干货学习大餐。

The challenge for restaurateurs is to maintain a stable position and improve in the highly competitive restaurant industry. The award-winning dishes will be copied to franchisees nationwide and included in the new brand dishes and snacks (to achieve centralized delivery), so that consumers can test them. It is also hoped that a learning feast can be provided for the food and beverage brands under the joint venture to learn and share with each other.

合纵文化集团执行总裁唐正纯、闭启泉带领胡桃里、泰炯、事外、杂咖、苏荷、深夜食堂、城外驿等品牌负责人出席活动并担当评委。同时更设有大众评委,与专业评审们一起为厨师进行评分,确保比赛的公平公正。

Mr. Tang Zhengchun, CEO of Hezong Culture Group, and Mr. Bi Qiquan led the brand managers of Hutaoli, Taijiong, Shiwai, Zaka, Soho, Late Night Canteen and Out of Town Inn to attend the event and act as judges. At the same time, there were also public judges who scored the chefs together with the professional judges to ensure the fairness and justice of the competition.

评委团从色、味、质、口感等方面对小吃进行点评打分,经过评委团和大众评委的严苛评审。胡桃里西丽店荣获团队奖(冬季菜品类)一等奖!更凭借“山城鲜椒鸡”这道菜斩获研发厨师个人奖(冬季菜品类)一等奖。作为首次参赛的胡桃里加盟店,在本次大赛中得到全场好评。胡桃里中心城店、深夜食堂分别荣获团队奖(冬季菜品类)二、三等奖。

The dishes were critiqued and scored on color, taste, and texture by a panel of judges and a tough public panel. Hutaoli Xili won first prize in the team award (winter dish category)! The "mountain city fresh pepper chicken" dish won the R & D chef individual award (winter cuisine category) first prize. As a first-time entrant, the Hutaoli franchise received rave reviews in the competition. Hutaoli Center City and Late Night Canteen won second and third place in the team award (winter category) respectively.

在团队奖(小吃类)竞赛中,唱三锅荣获一等奖。其“芝士焗红薯更是斩获了研发厨师个人奖(小吃类)一等奖。
