为给集团内外需要了解咖啡基础知识，掌握拉花技能的人员搭建一个学习交流平台，娱乐大学特开展《意式浓缩咖啡及拉花进阶课程》专题培训。
In order to provide a platform for people inside and outside the group who need to understand the basics of coffee and master the skills of pulling, the University of Entertainment is organizing a special training on "Advanced courses in espresso and pulling".

About the coffee pull
咖啡拉花是在原始的卡布奇诺或拿铁上做出叶子或其他图案的工艺。关于咖啡拉花的起源，其实一直都没有十分明确的文献。
Coffee pulling is the process of making leaves or other patterns on a cappuccino or latte. There has never really been a very clear accout on the origin of coffee pulling.
只知道当时在欧美国家，咖啡拉花是在咖啡表演时，所展现的高难度专业技术，而如此的创新技巧，大大震撼了当时的咖啡业界。
It is only known that at that time in Europe and the United States, coffee pulling was a highly difficult professional technique demonstrated during coffee performances, and such an innovative technique greatly shocked the coffee industry at that time.
同时亦受到了大众的注目；这种震撼人心的高难度技术慢慢演变成现在的咖啡拉花。
This shockingly difficult technique slowly evolved into what is now known as coffee pulling.
本次课程是由Bean 2 Cup咖啡工作室设计打造的拉花精品课程，目前已帮助很多学员提升了咖啡拉花技能，以下为部分学员作品展示及课程具体信息。
