6月30日晚,由合纵文化主办的“珠海胡桃里平面布置图PK赛”在集团总部的战略会议室中进行了最终回比拼。

本次竞赛,旨在激发集团门店运营管理者的创新精神、调动高效执行力,引导参赛成员们根据近期下一线工作的真实感受与发现的现存问题,设计出具备实用性、舒适性、功能性、合理性的餐饮平面布置方案。
This competition aims to stimulate the innovative spirit of the group's store operation managers, mobilize efficient execution, and guide the participants to design practical, comfortable, functional and rational food and beverage layout solutions based on their real feelings and existing problems found in the recent frontline work.
餐饮店的平面布局需在满足基本功能,展现出高层次的布局原则和设计理念,为顾客营造更舒适的就餐氛围。合理的门店布局能够让一线员工在工作过程中得到良好的效率提升,也让顾客的舒适感升级。
Catering store layout needs to meet the basic functions, showing high-level layout principles and design concepts to create a more comfortable dining atmosphere for customers. Reasonable store layout can make the front-line staff in the work process to get a good efficiency, but also let the customer's comfort upgrade.
参与此次PK赛的成员,分别为集团内各品牌门店店长、运营中心、各职能部门负责人。他们还有另一个特别的身份,那就是“合纵文化店长锻造营”的学员们,按照锻造营的分组“老A队”、“少年队”进行小组PK赛制,本次竞赛也是他们在此次学习过程中迎来的首次考核及挑战。
The participants of the PK Competition are store managers, operation centers and heads of functional departments of each brand within the group. They also have another special identity, that is, they are the students of the "Hezong Culture Store Manager Training Camp", and they play PK in groups according to the grouping of "Old A Team" and "Junior Team" of the Training Camp. The format, this competition is also the first assessment and challenge they have faced during this learning process.
首轮PK于6月28日晚举行,每个小组带着自己的参赛作品轮番在台上进行展示及解说,完毕后由合纵文化董事长李华宾、合纵文化执行董事闭启泉等一行领导组成的评审团进行点评。
The first round of PK was held in the evening of June 28th. Each team took turns to present and explain their entries on the stage, and afterwards, a panel of judges consisting of Chairman of the Board, Mr. Li Huabin, and Executive Director of Hezong Culture, Mr. Bi Qiquan, made comments.
合纵文化董事长李华宾在点评中强调,设计应以顾客为中心,结合人体工程以及美学角度设计出能与消费者有着情感互动的体验空间。排列顺序也应考虑到重要性,确定布局后才思考相互之间的关系。
Mr. Li Huabin, Chairman of Hezong Culture, emphasized that the design should be customer-centered, combining ergonomics and aesthetics to create an experience space that can interact with consumers emotionally. The order of arrangement should also be considered important, and the relationship between them should be considered only after the layout is determined.
经过激烈的角逐,最终“少年队”获得了本次比赛的胜利,同时获得丰厚奖金。胜利从来不是从天而降,而是经过百分百的努力及付出后所得。
After a fierce competition, the final "Junior Team" won the competition, while getting a huge prize. Victory never falls from the sky, but after 100% effort and dedication to obtain.
