锻造营于7月9日的集团派对上，进行小组PK成果颁奖，最终获胜队为“少年队”。合纵董事长李华宾在现场为获奖团队颁发奖金。

7月13日，合纵文化“2020店长锻造营”结营仪式在集团总部举办，所有参与此次锻造营的学员均盛装出席，只为等待荣誉的来临。合纵文化董事长李华宾、执行总裁覃文平、执行董事闭启泉、执行董事许晓英、酒吧事业部总经理蒋剑叶均来到现场，共同见证这一荣誉时刻。

随着最后一个考核结束，学员们终于迎来揭晓店长认证获得者名单的时刻。评审团围绕每位学员在各个环节中的整体表现及答辩得分，最终评选出五名优秀学员，荣获“合纵文化店长认证”。
