SCA(Specialty Coffee Association)
SCA的教育体系下划分有“CSP”系统,即COFFEE SKILLS PROGRAM(咖啡技能培训计划),这个计划包含了六个模块、三个级别、一张文凭.。

合纵娱乐大学为给集团内外所有喜欢咖啡的人员构建一个学习交流平台,特开展SCA初中高级咖啡师认证课程。

每个模块每个等级的课程除了有相应的认证证书外,还会获得相应的学分。咖啡基础知识10分,一个初级5分,一个中级10分,一个高级25分,当你的学分累积有100分后,SCA即会为你颁发咖啡专业文凭COFFEE SKILLS DIPLOMA。
Each module and each level of the course will be awarded credits in addition to the corresponding certification certificate. The SCA will award you the COFFEE SKILLS DIPLOMA when you have accumulated 100 points.
本次咖啡师技能初级课程学分5分,中级课程学分10分,高级课程学分25分。
This barista skills course is worth 5 credits for the beginner course, 10 credits for the intermediate course and 25 credits for the advanced course.

SCA has gathered the world's top coffee researchers and professionals in every aspect of the coffee industry, from cultivation to production to barista production, and every year it invests huge resources in various matters such as coffee reports, data collection, new research, and coffee event forums to keep the entire coffee industry active and growing. The curriculum has been upgraded all the time, and the knowledge structure is also the most comprehensive and systematic in the industry. How many days did it take to learn?
咖啡是一门很深的学问,可以终身学习研究。很多人刚开始接触SCA课程时,都很疑惑为什么三四天就能学完一个初中级课程。首先,SCA课程的内容编排很有系统性;其次,三四天的全天学习其实一点都不短,每天8小时的高强度学习,紧凑有序,能达到深入浅出的效果,即便是零基础的学员也是完全可以跟上的。
Coffee is a very deep subject that can be studied for a lifetime. Many people who are new to the SCA program are puzzled as to why they can study a middle school level course in three or four days. First of all, the content of the SCA course is very systematic; secondly, three or four days of full-day study is actually not short at all, eight hours a day of high-intensity learning, compact and orderly, can achieve the effect of superficial, even zero-based students can also be completely able to keep up.
